a amazing stay!
excellent location friendly staff
i found the location perfect for exploring. the modern suite was spacious and clean. i appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. the staff were ready to help with every need. they even provided change for the grab from their own money. service exceeded my expectations.
the pool was unfortunately closed . i hope this issue is addressed quickly. future guests should confirm pool availability before arrival.

the gym has technogym equipment, i noted a billiards table plus a foosball table in the resident pacific lounge and there is also an infinity pool with a consistent depth of 1 meters.

the breakfast buffet offers reasonable choices, i saw discounted pastries during happy hour from 4 pm to 6 pm at thyme in the adjacent parkroyal hotel and lot 10's hutong food court is also nearby.

the apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette, i observed large beds and bathrooms and a washer with a dryer was available, the rooms were also modern, clean, and spacious, making my stay very pleasant.

the room quality was top notch. i did not see any flaws. the room was clean, right down to the carpets.. super comfortable bed made me sleep like a baby. the toilet was very clean.
i felt that the gym was very small and didn't have great equipment. the breakfast was a big let down, and there was nothing i liked about it. the variety of food was non-existent, tasteless, and the seating arrangement was odd.

central location clean suite comfortable beds useful kitchenette
i really appreciated the central bukit bintang location, it was near many shopping areas. the suite was beautiful and very clean. the beds were really comfortable! i found the in-room washer and dryer and the well-equipped kitchenette very useful.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out, so i got a warm welcome and departure. i felt the amenities request via telephone was answered promptly and the request was quickly delivered.

bathroom smell slow check-in
The location is near many malls and other food options, good.
I waited longer to check in, it was frustrating. MY room had a smell coming from the bathroom. The staff sent someone, but the smell returned.
